What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Where do your products ship from?

All woolly treasures ship out from Te Anau, Southland.

When will my order go out?

If we have it in stock, within 24 hours. Sometimes we have items on backorder, but we'll let you know if it will be later than 1 week before we can pack and ship.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made in Peru. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We are happy to arrange international shipping, please shoot us an e-mail.

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

Unfortunately, no. Maybe someday?

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! We have a couple of stockists in Southland. If you would like to become one. Drop us a line.
